Great communication throughout the entire project. He worked with us as we decided to change our initial order by adding tile baseboards to the job and he accepted without any grief. He was very thorough with everything from the way we wanted our pattern laid out to our choice in sealer. He leveled our floors and picked up our tile order from the store. He sealed our floors so they will last a lifetime. They moved our refrigerator around without complaint. The job was done neat and right. I wish I could give 10 stars! We recently hired Innovative Tile Designs to remodel both of our upstairs bathrooms. I am beyond impressed with the outcome. Adrian and Louis are true professionals and the quality of their work is second to none. The attention to detail and fine craftsmanship led to the bathrooms of our dreams. Adrian was so patient with me and he helped me every step of the way. Answered every text and call. They showed up on time every time and I have never seen such hard workers.
